Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Nitrate) is a prescription medication that is used in suppressing the spread of cancer in women in the advanced stages of breast cancer. It is also prescribed for preventing the development of breast cancer in women over the age of 35 years, who have a high risk of the disease. o rifamycins (rifampin)
o Phenobarbital

o birth control patches and implants
o oral contraceptives blood thinner (warfarin)
