Acne is cured by Tazorac (Tazarotene) by preventing the unnatural shedding of skin tissues which aids in the control of sebum secretion which is responsible for the breakout of acne. Tazorac (Tazarotene) Generic helps in controlling black heads, white heads and skin inflammation, by controlling sebum secretion. The blocked pores are unclogged by Tazorac and the acne causing bacteria is cleansed.
At times application of Tazorac (Tazarotene) Generic results in dry flaky skin, itching or redness of the affected area. These are temporary symptoms which usually reduce after this product is used for some time. It is recommended by dermatologiost that this cream should be used at bedtime after cleaning your face with a mild cleanser. FDA approval was obtained by Tazorac (Tazarotene) for both acne and psoriasis treatment in 2004.

Tazorac (Tazarotene) is applied once a day on clean and dry skin. For effective results, this medication is to be applied on the skin 20-30 minutes after washing the face, at night. After the application of this cream, use of moisturizer is recommended.

Patients may experience extreme dryness, skin irritation, skin rashes, skin’s sensitivity to sun is reduced. In case the side effects persist then the cream is to be discontinued or applied once in every three days.

No major side effects are known while using this cream with other over the counter acne products.

Stored between the temperatures of 15-30 degree centigrade and the use should be avoided after the expiry period.

• You need to start with lower concentrate of Tazorac (Tazarotene) and once your skin becomes adaptable then you can use still higher concentrate cream or gels
• Not recommended in pregnant females.
• Discontinue this medication in case of skin allergies or apply this cream only once in three days or as recommended by the physician.
