- No Handling Fee for the first 90 Pills (or Largest Quantity on the Med Ordered Eg. 36 pills/100 Pills)
- Each additional 90 Pills are charged $ 8.00

The delivery normally takes 15-20 working days but might take up to 25 working days in exceptional cases. In case your parcel does not arrive within 30 days please contact our Shop support team via admin@pharmacyave.com |

| 1.Express Delivery : uses EMS to ship your purchase. The delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 working days but might take up to 15 working days in exceptional cases. When your order leaves our warehouse , you will receive an e-mail from pharmacyave, containing the tracking number of your order. You can track your order on the designated website link provided.
When reviewing the items in your shopping basket, the value of the shipping cost will be displayed. |

| NOTE: From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier. |

- Products that are currently in stock typically ship out within 24 - 48 hours, if your order is received by 2:00 A.M. EST (Eastern Standard Time) and your payment has been verified. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
- If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification.
- Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.

- In the event that you do not receive your Speedpost order within 15 days of your date of order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. However, in case of a Reship, we will not be liable to ALSO refund the EXTRA amount paid by you for Speed Shipping, even though the order has not reached within 7 - 12 business days.

Returns and Replacements. |
| All returns must be made within 10 working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. If you want to return a product, please contact us admin@pharmacyave.com to receive a RMA number and to get instructions on how to return a product. |
| Please include either the original or a copy of the invoice plus the RMA number you received from us. |
| In case of a return under 10 working days through the “Distance Selling Act”, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive the product back. |

Cancelling an order. |
| Due to the fact that the logistics company processes orders almost instantaneously, it is not possible to cancel an order. Should you no longer require the product, follow the returns procedure which is explained within the previous point. |
